Junior System Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior System Administrator to support our IT infrastructure. You will assist in maintaining hardware, software, networks, and system security to ensure smooth and reliable operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, servers, and network devices.
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot system and network issues, and resolve hardware/software problems.
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure optimal uptime.
Support user account setup, access management, and permissions.
Help maintain backups, restore processes, and disaster recovery plans.
Apply updates, patches, and security enhancements as required.
Assist with documentation of IT processes, configurations, and asset inventory.
Coordinate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and security.
