We are looking for an efficient and well-organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure a smooth and professional office environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate office activities, handle documentation, support management, and assist staff with administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, clean workplace.
Oversee front-desk activities, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls/emails.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate with vendors for purchases or repairs.
Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and data entry.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for management.
Assist with employee onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning.
Support finance team with basic administrative tasks such as bills, invoices, and record maintenance.
Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude with attention to detail.
